Simple Machines Engineering Kit - EP-3577
Includes gears, levers and pulleys to engage students in a wide range of physics, physical science and engineering concepts. Combine them to show how rotating machines work!
Product Summary
Our Simple Machines Engineering Kit engages students in a wide range of physics, physical science, and engineering concepts. Two triple-pulley blocks make it easy to build machines with mechanical advantage up to 6:1. Build all three classes of levers with our pair of 20-cm levers, or combine gears, levers, and pulleys together to show how rotating machines work. Use the equipment from this kit to perform mechanical advantage, levers and pulleys, torque, work, and other investigations found in the Essential Physics 3rd Edition curriculum, and the Essential Physics Lab Manual (EP-6326).
